Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Service. Domestic orders over AUD $99 will receive free delivery within Australia. 

International orders are shipped via DHL Standard or DHL Express.

Agringa is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party delivery companies.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Africa or the Middle East due to customs regulations.



Agringa jewellery purchases comes with a 6 month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers the plating of the Jewellery. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.

This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.

Any repairs requested after the offered 6 month warranty period will incur a fee. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.



Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase then please contact us within 15 days of purchase to arrange a suitable solution. We can offer an exchange or credit towards an alternate purchase, as long as the original order is returned, unworn, in its original packaging and condition, with postage at your cost. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Of course, we adhere to Australian Consumer Law and honour your rights to a replacement piece or refund if there is a major problem with your order. For more information on your rights please see the government website:

Please note the following for all returns:

  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Agringa packaging provided.

Should any of the above occur, Agringa will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.


Full payment of your order is required prior to shipping.  We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and After Pay.

After Pay


Agringa offers Afterpay as a flexible payment option to pay by instalmet.

Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you. We will dispatch your product immediately after we receive your order online.
